Tree Consultancy Group was established in the early 1980s by Jim Keyes F.Arbor.A., Registered Consultant of the Arboricultural Association, following his tenure as Tree Officer at London Borough of Bromley. 

Since Jim’s retirement in 1999, the practice has been managed by Kenneth Harvey MICFor, who joined as an associate in 1996. Kenneth is a Chartered Arboriculturist who has been fully engaged in forestry and arboriculture since 1981. He is a Professional Member and Registered Consultant of the Institute of Chartered Foresters, a Professional Member of the Arboricultural Association, and a member of the Royal Scottish Forestry Society. He was Secretary to the Scottish Branch of the Arboricultural Association from 2015 to 2019.
